What we decorate
Offices, schools, retail units and hospitality venues each wear paint differently. Office corridors and meeting rooms take knocks from chairs and trolleys, so we specify washable, hardwearing finishes that can be wiped rather than repainted. Schools and colleges need the work fitted into holiday windows. Shops, hotels, bars and restaurants have to keep trading, so public routes stay clear and safe while we work.

Working around your business
Most commercial clients cannot close for a repaint. We work out of hours, in the evenings and at weekends, and split larger buildings into phased areas so only one zone is out of use at any time. RAMS are supplied before we start, and our employed team is fully insured and H&S compliant, so your facilities team has the paperwork it needs to sign the job off.
From site visit to handover
It starts with a free site visit: we measure, check the condition of the surfaces and talk through access, working hours and any areas that must stay open. You then get a written quote and a proposed programme. On site you deal with one contact, and at the end we walk each area with you, snag anything outstanding and hand it back clean.
Commercial painting contractors, not a fit-out firm
We are a painting and decorating contractor. That means we price and run the decorating package: surface preparation, filling, priming and finishing to walls, ceilings, doors, frames and exteriors. On larger refurbishments we work alongside other trades or under a main contractor, and on planned maintenance we can be the only trade on site.
Commercial interior decorating
Most commercial work is interior: open-plan floors, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, stairwells and washrooms. Large ceilings and walls are often sprayed for speed and an even finish, while doors, frames and details are finished by hand or by HVLP spray.
