Assembly and checks before anyone climbs
A tower is only as safe as its last assembly. Outriggers get set, castors get locked, and platforms get checked for full boarding before use. Where a tower is moved between rooms during a shift, it is rebuilt or repositioned properly each time rather than dragged across a floor while still standing.
- Castors locked before anyone steps onto the platform
- Guard rails and toe boards fitted at every working height
- Tower never moved while a person or tools remain on it
