Decorating a sports pavilion or clubhouse
Pavilions sit out in the weather with no shelter, and the inside is half changing room and half bar. Those are three different specifications on one small building, and the work almost always has to happen in the close season.
Exposed exterior timber and cladding
Pavilion elevations get sun, driving rain and no protection from either. Timber cladding and fascia need a flexible, breathable exterior system and a realistic maintenance interval, because the failure here is always the south and west faces first.
