We work with the scheme manager to agree which corridor sections are done when, keep handrails usable and never leave a route obstructed. Where a resident needs a different day, we move.

Individual apartments are usually redecorated between occupancies. Turning them round quickly, with sensible neutral schemes and any stain blocking done properly, keeps voids short.
