Access and security arrangements
Keyholding, alarm codes, sign-in procedures and escorted access are agreed before the first shift so nobody is standing outside at 6pm waiting for a code.
Ready for opening
Every shift ends with the space fully reinstated — protection lifted, furniture back, floors clean. Staff arriving in the morning should find a working space, not a site.
Odour and ventilation
Low-VOC systems and overnight ventilation mean spaces are usable at opening. This is the main reason we default to water-based products on commercial interiors.
Phasing across multiple shifts
Larger areas are split into zones so each shift finishes a complete, presentable section rather than leaving half-painted walls on view.
